 VP / Relationship Manager

picture of Irene TanIrene Tan is an accomplished professional focusing on the strategic needs of the credit union industry.  Her consultative sales management experience has earned Irene a reputation as a client advocate who cultivates relationships while delivering competitive solutions.

Irene began her career reporting to the CEO of Uniti Credit Union in Brockton, MA responsible for securing new business to business opportunities.  In 2005 she moved to Alloya Corporate FCU as a Senior Business Consultant.  In this role, Irene strengthen her commitment to the philosopghy of credit unions and the introduction of brokerage/investment services, liquidity products and payments and technology services.  She worked to ensure product education for members and set precedents for member relations.

Before joining Bankers’ Bank Northeast, Irene’s most recent position was Director, Corporate and Retail Business at Allanach Mortgage Group.  Focusing on credit unions, she successfully executed business process implementations and help to grow the company’s market share by 21%.

In her role as Vice President, Relationship Manager for Bankers’ Bank Northeast, Irene will draw on her strong communication skills and her understanding of the credit union business model to build lasting relationships throughout the market region.

Irene received a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business and International Business from Green Mountain College in VT.
